At the margins of the United Nations General Assembly in New York, Alice Albright, Chief Executive Officer of the Global Partnership for Education, and Tariq Al-Gurg, Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Cares, signed a Memorandum of Understanding. The MOU will help facilitate cooperation between the two organizations, in particular to enhance monitoring and evaluation approaches, develop innovative education programs, and advocate jointly for increased and more efficient financing for education.
